What? DELL and DHL: good customer service!?

Forgive my shock, but after my computer was accidentally damaged the response from DELL and DHL were dare say… impressive.

DELL shipped the box to my notebook to the repair depot. It arrived a little after 4 to my home. I then put the computer in the box and called DHL to come pick it up. They said they would be there before 6:00. But just 5 MINUTES later, DHL was there to pick up the package. The next day, I checked to see if the computer had reached the repair shop. Indeed it had, and Dell had called to confirm. Then, early the very next morning, my computer was already back at my house. Insane! The fan and the screen had been replaced, and Dell even went the extra mile and replaced the entire top casing and not just the monitor. Tech support said it would be at least a 7 day turnaround - it only took 3. I guess i’ll have to stop bad mouthing DHL, and DELL has greatly improved in the support.
